Faculty Member's Annual Report

Dear Colleague,

I’m writing to remind you that it is time for all faculty members who held full-time appointments during the 2008-09 academic year to prepare annual reports for the period including the 2008-09 academic year and summer 2009.

You will find the required form, "Faculty Member's Annual Report," at 2008-2009 Annual Report. Or, you may use the optional on-line form at https://www4.georgetown.edu/admin/provost/fars/. The on-line report form automatically includes your name, a list of the courses you offered, and your publications through a link to ExploreGeorgetown.

When the report is complete, please submit it in hardcopy (signed original and three copies) to your department or school by its announced deadline but no later than 30 November 2009. Your department or school will assemble and deliver full sets of the reports to the Provost's Office, your dean's office, and the Graduate School.

Also, even if you choose the conventional reporting format, you are encouraged to enter your publication information in your faculty profile at http://explore.georgetown.edu/. ExploreGeorgetown provides the on-line capability to report and store publication information, along with your expertise information and your course syllabi.
