Located within the Office of the Provost, the Office of Faculty Records & Appointments is responsible for the administration of academic faculty appointments and maintenance of accurate faculty records for the Main Campus. We welcome your comments, suggestions and questions regarding this site.
Important Information for the month of July 2008
During the month of July 2008, Bert DeCoquereaumont, Payroll Analyst, will be out of the office. In order to ensure successful processing of July payroll, please submit all lump sum forms and payment adjustments by Wednesday, July 16, 2008. Lump sum forms and payment adjustments received after this date will not be processed until August payroll. Even though Bert will not be in the office during July, you can still drop off lump sum documents to his mailbox in the Main Campus Finance Office (3rd Floor, Car Barn). Or, you can drop off lump sum documents to the Front Desk Receptionist in the Office of the Provost (650 ICC).
