Faculty Records and Appointments
Located within the Office of the Provost, the Office of Faculty Records & Appointments is responsible for the administration of academic faculty appointments and maintenance of accurate faculty records for the Main Campus. We welcome your comments, suggestions and questions regarding this site.

Important Dates to Remember:
- Faculty Annual Reports for academic year 2008-2009 are due no later than 30 November 2009. When the report is complete, please submit it in hardcopy (signed original and three copies) to your department or school by its announced deadline but no later than 30 November 2009. Your department or school will assemble and deliver full sets of the reports to the Provost's Office, your dean's office, and the Graduate School. - Sabbatical requests for academic year 2010-2011 are due by December 1, 2009. Faculty should submit sabbatical applications through the chair of their department, who will then submit to the College/School Dean. Please contact your department chair or Dean's office for interim deadlines. For more information, please consult the section of the Faculty Handbook entitled "Professional Standards and Procedures" or the "Statement of Leave and Teaching Reduction Policy for the Main Campus (October 2006)," at the following link: http://provost.georgetown.edu/facultyaffairs/
- Spring 2010 reappointment forms will be delivered to departments in mid-October.
