Georgetown Distinguished Investigator

The Distinguished Investigator recognition honors faculty on the main campus who have excelled in sponsored research activity for the previous year.   Faculty members who have performed exceptionally are invited to a dinner in their honor with the Provost and Vice Provost for Research. The Office of the Provost initiated this event in 2013 and the inaugural dinner was in 2014.
