Processing Academic Appointments
Appointment requests require academic approval from Chairs, Deans, and the Provost. Appointments are processed using forms available here, which must be shared with the appropriate Chair and Deans Offices. Completed forms are then sent to the Office of Faculty Affairs within the Office of the Provost following the process linked here .
