Registration

Registration is now open!  Please click here to register online.  The registration fee for the conference is $400. Registration will close on October 19.

Conference Location 

A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees at a rate of $176 per night. You can book your room by phone at 1-888-902-1606 or by clicking here to book online.  When registering, please identify yourself as a member of the GU Provost AJCU conference.  The deadline to book your hotel room is September 25.

Transportation 

Easily accessible from the area airports, Union Station and major highways, the Georgetown University Hotel & Conference Center is located on the campus of Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Most travelers find it easiest to take a taxi to campus from either Ronald Reagan National Airport or from Union Station train station. However, public transportation is certainly an option.

Plane

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is the closest airport, located a 15 minute drive from Georgetown’s campus. People may also choose to metro from the airport to Rosslyn, Virginia and take the Georgetown University Transportation Shuttle from Rosslyn to campus for free. Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) is also nearby, located 35 minutes away via car to campus. The 5A bus also runs from the airport to Rosslyn and from there people may again take the Georgetown University Transportation Shuttle. The Baltimore-Washington International Airport is also accessible via car or train.

Train

The Amtrak arrives into Union Station (WAS). From Union Station, Georgetown’s campus can be reached within 30 minutes via car or 45 minutes via public transportation. The D.C. Circulator bus runs from Union Station to Georgetown’s neighborhood every 10 minutes for $1. The conference center is located 15 minutes from the nearest circulator stop.
