Part-time (Adjunct) Faculty

We deeply appreciate the contributions of our part-time (adjunct) faculty to the Georgetown Community. Their talents, interests and experiences enrich the academic lives of Georgetown students.

Part-time faculty at Georgetown University are members of SEIU Local 500. The Collective Bargaining Agreement provides detailed information about the negotiated conditions of employment and compensation and membership requirements. Professional development funds are available for adjunct faculty who have achieved good faith consideration.
