Georgetown University is pleased to announce a new interdisciplinary Master of Science in Aging & Health degree program, which will be accepting its first class of students in Fall 2018.
The program offers two concentration areas: Health Systems Administration and Healthcare Economics and Policy. The curriculum is based on knowledge and skill competencies endorsed by the Association for Gerontology in Higher Education (AGHE) and the Accreditation in Gerontology Education Commission (AGEC). With new job opportunities for well-trained gerontologists constantly emerging, the Master’s degree will prepare students for work in a wide variety of aging-related fields in the public and private sectors, such as program or facility administrators, planners, practitioners, researchers, advocates, and trainers. We invite you to explore the program’s website (new window) for more information.
